These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Shivkeshi Vishnath (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or signing in with Google, you agree to these Terms.

Shivkeshi Vishnath helps you manage your YouTube channel using YouTube API Services. Features may include viewing channel insights and playlists, uploading videos, updating channel details, and deleting videos when you request those actions.

2. Google and YouTube terms

Your use of YouTube features through this Service is also subject to:

• Google Privacy Policy

You are responsible for complying with YouTube and Google policies for content you upload or manage.

3. Accounts and authorization

To use management features you must sign in with Google and grant the requested permissions. You are responsible for the Google Account you connect and for actions performed with the permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time at Google Account permissions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate YouTube, Google, or applicable law.
• Upload or manage unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Attempt to access another person’s YouTube data without authorization.
• Abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

5. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Service stores OAuth tokens as needed to call YouTube API Services for your authorized account.

6. No affiliation

Shivkeshi Vishnath is an independent application that uses Google and YouTube APIs. It is not endorsed by Google or YouTube unless expressly stated by those companies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that YouTube API Services will remain available with the same features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivkeshi Vishnath and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or YouTube API Services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
