This Privacy Policy describes how Shivkeshi Vishnath (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services. Shivkeshi Vishnath uses YouTube API Services provided by Google.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of our public website and to users who sign in with Google to authorize Shivkeshi Vishnath to access YouTube data through YouTube API Services.

2.1 Information from Google Sign-In (OAuth)

When you choose Sign in with Google, we may receive:

Basic profile information from Google (such as your name, email address, and Google account subject identifier).
OAuth tokens (access token and, when provided, refresh token) that allow the app to call YouTube API Services on your behalf.
Information about the Google permissions (scopes) you granted, including YouTube-related scopes required for channel and video management.

2.2 Information from YouTube API Services

After you authorize the app, we retrieve and process YouTube data only as needed to provide features you request, which may include channel details, playlists, video metadata, upload responses, and related YouTube API results.

2.3 Information you provide in the app

You may submit content or settings through the app (for example, video title/description, privacy status, channel description updates, or files you choose to upload). That information is sent to YouTube API Services to complete your request.

We use collected information strictly to operate Shivkeshi Vishnath for you, including to:

Authenticate your session after Google Sign-In.
Call YouTube API Services to view channel insights and playlists.
Upload videos and update or delete YouTube content when you request those actions.
Maintain your connection so authorized operators of your account workflow can perform the management tasks you enabled.
Provide support, security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

We do not use Google user data or YouTube data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

Shivkeshi Vishnath’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and related Google user data policies, including limited use requirements for user data obtained via Google APIs.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade Google user data to third parties for marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.

We may disclose information only when:

Required to provide the service through Google/YouTube API Services (your authorized API calls).
Required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of the app, our users, or the public.

6. Data storage and security

OAuth tokens and related account identifiers are stored in our application database so the app can renew access and perform YouTube actions you request. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored credentials and account data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk and respond to issues promptly.

7. Data retention

We retain your connected account information and tokens while your account remains connected to Shivkeshi Vishnath and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. When you delete your connection or request deletion, we remove associated stored account records from our database as described below.

8. Data deletion and revoking access

You control your Google authorization and can remove Shivkeshi Vishnath’s access at any time.

8.1 Revoke Google access

To revoke this app’s access to your Google Account and YouTube permissions, visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google Account → Security → Third-party access), locate Shivkeshi Vishnath (or the OAuth client name shown by Google), and remove access.

8.2 Delete data stored by Shivkeshi Vishnath

To delete your stored connection data from Shivkeshi Vishnath’s database (including stored OAuth tokens associated with your login), contact us at support@shivkeshivishnath.online with the Google account email you used to sign in and request deletion. We will delete the corresponding user record and related stored tokens from our systems. An authorized administrator of this deployment may also remove a connected user from the application’s admin tools, which deletes the stored database record and revokes the app grant where possible.

After deletion/revocation, Shivkeshi Vishnath will no longer be able to call YouTube API Services for that account until you sign in again and grant permission.

9. Children’s privacy

Shivkeshi Vishnath is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
